Product Description
This material features 80g semi-gloss white coated paper, providing excellent printability for detailed designs and vibrant colors. The 58g white glassine liner ensures stability and smooth label application. With a peel adhesion of up to 9N/25mm at 180°, it provides reliable sticking power even in challenging conditions. Designed for a wide service temperature range of -35°C to 90°C, this labeling solution is both robust and adaptable.

Product Application
Widely used in promotional and industrial semi-gloss color label printing. Suitable for general purpose and blank die cutting. Not recommended for vial body labeling.

Converting
The super-calendered semi-gloss surface is ideal for monochrome and color printing in a variety of printing processes. Care should be taken to control the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from falling off due to over-viscous ink. Suitable for rotary and flat processing methods, suitable for bronzing. Avoid excessive rewinding tension, resulting in label overflow. For fine barcode printing, a comprehensive print test evaluation is required.
